Zusammenfassung
Erythematöse und erosive Flächen mit typischen honiggelben Krusten, die sich an allen Körperstellen, bevorzugt jedoch im Mund- und Nasenbereich, manifestieren, sind typisch für die durch Streptokokken und Staphylococcus aureus verursachte Impetigo contagiosa, die heute mehrheitlich staphylogen bedingt ist. Die Behandlung erfolgt in lokalisierten Fällen topisch antibiotisch (Fusidinsäure, Mupirocin) oder systemisch.
