Zusammenfassung
Bei der Rekonstruktion der Vagina gilt es, verschiedene Aspekte zu berücksichtigen. Ob und auf welche Weise die Vagina nach onkologischen Eingriffen rekonstruiert werden kann, hängt von der Größe und Lokalisation des Defekts ab. Für die Defektdeckung nach Kolpektomie eignen sich andere Verfahren als bei partiellen Defekten. Welcher Lappen oder welche Form der Rekonstruktion zum Einsatz kommen kann, ist zudem wesentlich von der onkologischen Situation sowie individuell von der Patientin und ihren Begleiterkrankungen abhängig.
