Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird die Förderung der psychologischen Flexibilität bei Flüchtlingen als ein Schlüsselaspekt beim Aufbau von Resilienz dargestellt. Es wird erläutert, wie wir die psychologische Flexibilität in unserem Ansatz der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie, der Multiplex Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), verbessern. Die kulturell adaptierte Multiplex CBT betont die psychologische Flexibilität und richtet sich an traumatisierte Flüchtlinge. Das Modell, auf dem die Multiplex CBT aufbaut, wird vorgestellt. Das Konzept der Flexibilität wird definiert, und ein Modell der flexiblen Anpassung in einer Lebensereignissituation wird dargestellt. Außerdem wird ein Modell eines Flexibilitäts-Verarbeitungsmodus präsentiert. Am speziellen Beispiel des Verarbeitungsmodus der Flexibilität diskutieren wir, wie die Multiplex CBT die psychologische Flexibilität verbessert.
