Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden Hintergrund und Arbeitsweise des Berliner Präventionsprojektes Dunkelfeld (PPD) beschrieben, das im Jahr 2005 als ein primärpräventives Therapieangebot für Männer mit einer pädophilen und/oder hebephilen sexuellen Präferenz etabliert wurde. Eingehend beschrieben wird die Zielgruppe des PPD, und hiernach kommen der eingesetzte multidimensionale Behandlungsansatz sowie die übergeordneten Behandlungsziele des Gruppentherapiekonzeptes der „Berliner Dissexualitätstherapie“ (BEDIT) zur Darstellung. Darüber hinaus werden empirische Forschungsergebnisse aus dem PPD vorgestellt, die mit dem therapeutischen Angebot in Zusammenhang stehen. Es werden die Effekte der Gruppentherapie auf dynamische Risikofaktoren und problematisches sexuelles Verhalten beschrieben, und eine qualitative Nachuntersuchung von Therapieteilnehmern wird vorgestellt. Zudem werden die Ausfallquoten der Gruppentherapie besprochen. Abschließend wird die Anpassung des BEDIT auf eine jugendliche Zielgruppe erläutert.
