Zusammenfassung

Körperliche Inaktivität ist ein Problem von epidemischem Ausmaß. Ärztliche Aufgabe ist es, die körperlich inaktiven Patienten auf den Wert körperlicher Aktivität für die Gesundheit aufmerksam zu machen und sie notwendigenfalls für mehr Bewegung und Sport zu gewinnen. Das vorliegende Kapitel gibt Tipps zur Gesprächsführung, um einen bisher körperlich inaktiven Patienten zu mehr Bewegung und Sport zu motivieren und Nachhaltigkeit bei der Sportausübung zu fördern.
