Zusammenfassung
Macht ist in allen Lebensbereichen allgegenwärtig und meist schon bei der Begrüßung wird durch subtile Signale wie dem Händedruck das Machtverhältnis zwischen zwei Personen vermittelt. Macht ist adaptiv, um soziale Beziehungen zu regeln und zu strukturieren. Häufig zeigt sich jedoch auch, dass Macht missbraucht wird, um eigene Interessen voranzubringen. Wichtig ist, positive Machtausübung im Sinne des Gemeinwohls zu stärken, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und langfristig ein funktionierendes Zusammenleben zu gewährleisten.
