Zusammenfassung

Vaskulitiden sind entzündliche Erkrankungen der Blutgefäße, die in primäre und sekundäre Formen unterteilt werden. Sekundäre Vaskulitiden treten im Rahmen anderer Grunderkrankungen auf, z. B. bei Kollagenosen oder rheumatoider Arthritis. Auch können sekundäre Vaskulitiden durch Medikamente, Infektionen oder Neoplasien verursacht werden. In diesem Kapitel werden nur die primären Vaskulitiden besprochen. Eine Einteilung der Vaskulitiden erfolgt unter anderem basierend auf histologischen Veränderungen, anhand immunologischer Marker sowie des Gefäßkalibers. Die primären Vaskulitiden werden nach der Chapel-Hill-Klassifikation eingeteilt, die zuletzt 2012 revidiert wurde.
