Untersuchungsgang, Normalbefunde und Fehlerquellen in der gynäkologischen Dopplersonographie

Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet den Untersuchungsgang, Normalbefunde und Fehlerquellen in der gynäkologischen Dopplersonographie. Dazu werden zuerst die Grundlagen des Generierens reproduzierbarer dopplersonographischer Signale sowie mögliche Fehlerquellen in der Beurteilung der Untersuchung aufgezeigt. Danach wird die Untersuchung der Uterusdurchblutung (Arterie uterina) mit der Modalität des Color-Flow-Mapping erläutert. Daran schließt sich die Diagnostik der ovariellen Durchblutung (Arteria ovarica und Corpus luteum). Mit dem Color-Flow-Mapping des Ovars können zyklische Veränderungen des Blutflusses dargestellt werden. Abschließend werden dopplersonographische Befunde in der Frühschwangerschaft, insbesondere bei Schwangerschaftspathologien, und in der Postmenopause erläutert.
