Zusammenfassung

Als funktionelle Angiopathien werden chronische Zirkulationsstörungen der Endstrombahn in Arteriolen, Kapillaren und Venolen zusammengefasst. Hierbei lassen sich umschriebene klinische Bilder herausstellen, denen eine veränderte Thermoregulation der Vasomotorik in akralen Körperregionen gemeinsam ist: Vaskuläre Akro-Syndrome. Anomalien mit primärer Vasospastik im Einstromgebiet können von solchen mit vermehrter Blutzufuhr unterschieden werden. Wenngleich im Einzelfall ein erheblicher subjektiver Krankheitswert bestehen kann, sind diese meist auf konstitutionell-vegetativer Basis beruhenden Störungen der Mikrozirkulation im Gegensatz zu den abzugrenzenden organischen Gefäßschäden allerdings relativ harmlos.
