Zusammenfassung
Idiopathische granulomatöse Erkrankungen der Haut zeigen eine ähnliche klinische und histologische Erscheinungsform wie die infektiösen Granulome, ohne dass bis jetzt ein verursachendes Agens identifiziert wurde. Neben zahlreichen anderen entzündlichen Erkrankungen sind kutane Sarkoidose, Granuloma anulare und Necrobiosis lipoidica typische Vertreter. Neben diesen idiopathischen Granulomen stellen durch Fremdkörper induzierte Granulome ein zunehmendes, häufig iatrogen verursachtes Phänomen in der Dermatologie dar. Da typischerweise kein kausaler Erreger zu finden ist, konzentriert sich die Therapie auf symptomorientierte Verfahren. Das Kapitel bespricht aktuelle Aspekte der Einteilung, der Klinik, der Pathophysiologie und der Therapiemöglichkeiten dieser Erkrankungsgruppe.
