Zusammenfassung

Unerwünschte Arzneireaktionen lassen sich in einen Typ A und B klassifizieren. Der Typ A ist pharmakologisch bedingt, beruht auf der Pharmakoaktivität und Pharmakokinetik eines Medikaments und tritt dosisabhängig bei nahezu jedem Individuum auf. Der Typ B beinhaltet die Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen, die Folge einer individuellen immunologischen oder nichtimmunologischen Reaktion sind, die gegen das jeweilige Arzneimittel gerichtet ist. Da viele dieser Reaktionen die Haut betreffen, ist die Kenntnis ihrer klinischen Bilder, Pathophysiologie und der adäquaten Diagnostik essenziell sowohl für den Dermatologen als auch den Allgemeinmediziner. In diesem Kapitel wird ein Überblick über die verschiedenen Pathomechanismen und klinischen Entitäten kutaner Arzneireaktionen sowie deren Behandlungen gegeben. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf Reaktionen durch Chemotherapeutika und die zunehmende Zahl an Biomodulatoren, die zur Therapie chronisch-entzündlicher und neoplastischer Erkrankungen eingesetzt werden.
