FormalPara BeschreibungCerotinsäure ist eine ultralangkettige Fettsäure, die für die Diagnose einer angeborenen peroxisomalen Fettsäurenoxidationsstörung unentbehrlich ist. Die Bestimmung erfolgt in Serum mittels GCMS mit Stabilisotopenverdünnung.
