CD19
FormalPara DefinitionCD 19 ist ein Transmembranglykoprotein, das der Immunglobulinsuperfamilie zuzuordnen ist.
FormalPara Funktion – PathophysiologieB-Lymphozyt, APC (Antigenpräsentierende Zelle) (follikuläre dendritische Zellen).
CD19 wird in der B-Zell-Entwicklung von den frühesten Vorstufen, die der B-Zell-Entwicklung zugeordnet werden können, bis zu B-Zell-Blasten exprimiert. Bei Reifung zu Plasmazellen geht die Expression verloren.
