Historischer Agglutinationstest zur Bestimmung von Rheumafaktoren.
FormalPara BeschreibungMit heterologem Immunglobulin G beladene Schafserythrozyten werden mit Verdünnungsstufen des Patientenserums inkubiert. In Gegenwart von Rheumafaktoren agglutinieren die Erythrozyten ab einer bestimmten Verdünnungsstufe, die einer Rheumafaktorkonzentration zugeordnet werden kann. Heute obsoleter Test, ersetzt durch Rheumafaktoren bzw. Autoantikörper gegen (cyclische) citrullinierte Peptide (CCP).
