FormalPara DefinitionMedizinisch-analytisch notwendiges Volumen einer Blut-, Urin-, Liquor- oder sonstigen Probe zur Durchführung einer Untersuchung. Sie besteht aus dem analytischen Volumen, den Totvolumina der primären (z. B. Blut) und sekundären (z. B. Plasma) Proben und einem Sicherstellungsvolumen und wurde von der Arbeitsgruppe Präanalytik der DGKL definiert.
