FormalPara BeschreibungÜber Immunaffinitätsmethoden lassen sich HDL-Partikelfraktionen mit bestimmten Apolipoproteinzusammensetzungen identifizieren, denen unterschiedliche Funktionen im Stoffwechsel zukommen. Die Methode wurde von der Arbeitsgruppe um J.C. Fruchart in Lille beschrieben. Sie wird bisher nur in wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen eingesetzt.
