FormalPara BeschreibungCSF-Nachweis in Sekreten erfordert verlustfreie Probennahme ohne Konzentrierung oder Verdünnung (Bezugsgröße Probenvolumen) bzw. Denaturierung zum Nachweis von CSF-spezifischen Komponenten wie Liquor-Asialotransferrin (aTF) oder Liquor-Prostaglandin-D-Synthetase (β-trace); gleichzeitig gewonnenes Blutserum dient als Kontrolle.
