Die postoperative Aktivitätsänderung des Trypsininhibitors im Pankreassekret des Menschen und deren Beeinflussung durch Trasylol®

Summary

Pancreatic juice was obtained from normal experimental subjects and from suffering from pancreatitis and carcinoma, by direct cannulization of the pancreatic duct during operations of the pancreas or Oddi’s sphincter. The content of trypsin inhibitor was determined. This was lower in patients with pancreatitis than in healthy subjects or in patients suffering from carcinoma. Checks during the post-operative course showed a lowering of the T.I. level in all groups within the first three post-operative days. The values became normal only from the fourth post-operative day onwards. Infusions of Trasylol, independent of dose, normalized these falls. The value of administration of Trasylol as prophylaxis of post-operative pancreatitis is pointed out.

Zusammenfassung

Durch direkte Kanülierung des Pankreasganges bei Eingriffen am Pankreas oder Sphincter Oddi wurde Pankreassekret bei Patienten mit Pankreatitis, Carcinom und Normalfällen gewonnen und der Gehalt an Trypsininhibitor bestimmt. Er war bei Patienten mit Pankreatitis niedriger als beim Gesunden oder Carcinom. Bei postoperativen Verlaufskontrollen ergab sich eine Herabsetzung des T.I.-Spiegels in allen Gruppen innerhalb der ersten 3 postoperativen Tagen. Erst vom 4. p. o. Tag an kam es zur Normalisierung der Werte. Durch Trasylolinfusionen konnte dosisunabhängig dieser Abfall normalisiert werden. Es wird damit auf den Wert der Trasylolgabe als Prophylaxe der postoperativen Pankreatitis hingewiesen.
