Serumkomplementtiter von Ratten nach autologen und homologen Hauttransplantationen mit und ohne den Einfluß des intraperitoneal injizierten Inhibitors Na-Cu-Chlorophyllin

Summary

In Sprague-Dawley-Ratten, after orthotopic, autologenous and homologenous complete skin transplantation, the serum complement-level was determined by the titration method. Whilst an increase in titre was observed as a reflection of the acute phase after auto-transplantation, the titre fell with a higher statistical significance after the homo-transplantation. The anti-complementary effect of Na-Cu-chlorophylline injection, even when administered intraperitoneally, was confirmed. This complement inhibition has been emphasized after autologenous and homologenous transplants, where it was not possible to explain this effect from the results.

Zusammenfassung

An Sprague-Dawley-Ratten wurden nach orthotopen auto-logen und homologen Vollhauttransplantationen die Serumkomplementspiegel mit der Titrationsmethode bestimmt. Während nach den Autotransplantationen als Ausdruck der „akuten Phase“ ein Titeranstieg beobachtet wurde, fiel der Titer nach den Homotransplantationen mit hoher, statistisch gesicherter Signifikanz ab. Die antikomplementäre Wirkung des Na-Cu-Chlorophyllins auch nach intraperitonealer Injektion wurde bestätigt. Diese Komplementhemmung war nach autologen und homologen Hauttransplantationen aufgehoben, wobei sich aus den Resultaten keine Möglichkeit ergab, diesen Effekt zu erklären.
