Im anaphylaktischen Schock des Meerschweinchens erfolgt eine Histaminaseliberation aus der Leber. Sie wird durch Heparin, das ebenfalls aus der Leber stammt, vermittelt und ist durch die freigesetzte Heparinmenge begrenzt [2].
