Zusammenfassung
An männlichen Wistarratten wurde eine Hyperthyreose durch tägliche Injektionen von 0, 1 mg/kg Trijodthyronin über 3 Tage und eine Hypothyreose durch Thyreoidektomie erzeugt. O2-Verbrauch und Herzfrequenz lagen bei den hyperthyreoten Ratten um 44 bzw. 30% höher, bei den thyreopriven dagegen um 32 bzw. 10% niedriger als bei euthyreoten Kontrolltieren.
