Zusammenfassung
Die Kontraktionskraft (F) des isolierten Meerschweinchenpapillarmuskels wird in Krebs-Henseleit-Lösung (3, 2 mM Ca2+; Temperatur 35°C; Reizfrequenz 1/sec) durch Na-Phenobarbital konzentrationsabhängig vermindert. Die Verminderung von F beträgt bei 1 · 10−4 M Phenobarbital 12%, bei 2 · 10−4M 33%, bei 4 · 10−4 M 55%, bei 8 · 10−4M 80% und bei 1,6 · 10−3 M 94%.
