Zusammenfassung

Wird durch Behandlung einer äquimolaren Mischung aus Li2CO3 und Nb mit überschüssigem BrF3 dargestellt, Gutmann, Emeléus [1], oder durch Behandlung eines Gemisches aus LiF und Nb2O5 (Molverhältnis 2:1) mit SF4 analog der Darstellung von NaNbF6 (s. unten). Nach Pulveraufnahmen rhomboedrisch mit a=5.473 Å ± 0.2% und α = 58.09°, Kemmitt u.a. [2]. Isomorph mit LiTaF6, Cox [3].
