Abstract
Strain L cells were cultured at 37° C for 3 to 4 days in bottles containing a nutrient medium which was usually used for the growth of L cells. After removing the nutrient fluid and washing the cell layer surface, the bottles received inoculation of Cal 10 strain of meningopneumonitis virus. The maintenance solution did not contain antibiotics.
