Zusammenfassung

Die Beurteilung und Bewertung elektronenmikroskopischer Befunde am Herzmuskel nach experimentellen Eingriffen setzt die Kenntnis der normalen submikroskopischen Morphologie des Herzmuskels voraus. Andererseits können experimentelle Untersuchungen auch unseren Einblick in die normale submikroskopische Morphologie erweitern und vertiefen. Es sei deshalb zunächst eine kurze zusammenfassende Darstellung der submikroskopischen Struktur des normalen Herzmuskels gegeben, die sich im wesentlichen auf die Arbeiten von Beams u. Mitarb. (1), Kisch (9, 10), Lindner (11, 12, 13, 14, 15), van Breemen (2), Hodge u. Mitarb. (8), Sjöstrand u. Mitarb. (36, 38), Weinstein (39), Poche und Lindner (16, 33), Price u. Mitarb. (35), Edwards U. Mitarb. (3), Hibbs (5), Muir (24, 25), Moore und Ruska (23), Poche (27, 28, 31), Porter und Palade (34), Fawcett und Selby (4) stützt.
