Zusammenfassung

Nachhaltiges Mobilitätsverhalten, beispielsweise durch das flexible Teilen von Autos oder der Nutzung umweltfreundlicher Alternativen wie E-Scootern oder E-Bikes, gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung und erfährt mehr und mehr Beachtung in unserer Gesellschaft (Brendel and Mandrella 2016). Insbesondere in urbanen Räumen stehen den Menschen vielfältige, umweltfreundliche Mobilitätsoptionen zur Verfügung (Willing et al. 2017). Vor diesem Hintergrund können Informationssysteme einen Beitrag dazu leisten, die individuelle Nutzung nachhaltiger Mobilitätsoptionen zu fördern (Flüchter and Wortmann 2014).
