Abstract

This chapter outlines the potential impact of conflict news coverage and thereby completes the PMP cycle. In doing so, the theoretical framework comes to full circle as the media performance is related back to the political environment (see figure 1). Even though this study will not address media effects empirically, it is crucial to discuss how the media might change conflict dynamics.
