Abstract
This chapter summarizes the research of the PhD-candidate in the field of integrated management systems. The objectives of the research is to address factors influencing integrated management systems in regard to business process performance. It includes success factors for management systems as an indicator of effective or efficient use of integrated management systems and involved processes.
