Zusammenfassung

Als Ausfluss aus der Beteiligung an der GmbH stehen den Gesellschaftern Mitgliedschaftsrechte zu, die im GmbHG und/oder in der Satzung der GmbH geregelt sind. Diese Mitgliedschaftsrechte untergliedern sich in Verwaltungs- und in Vermögensrechte. Daneben können nichtgesellschaftliche Rechte bestehen.
