Zusammenfassung
Das folgende Kapitel beschreibt die verschiedenen Handlungsfelder eines inklusiven Personalmanagements, welches die Förderung der Inklusion von Menschen mit Bildungsarmut in den Arbeitsmarkt zum Ziel hat. Die zentralen Handlungsfelder umfassen unter anderem Rekrutierung, Arbeitsgestaltung, Weiterbildung und Karrieremanagement sowie Führung und Unternehmenskultur. Dabei gehen wir spezifisch auf das Konzept des Supported Employment ein, also der unterstützten Beschäftigung, welches alle vier Handlungsfelder berührt und die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Unterstützten stark einbezieht.
