Zusammenfassung
Unter dem Schlagwort „Lean Start-up“ hat sich in den letzten Jahren ein Vorgehensmodell herausgebildet, welches den Anspruch erhebt, schneller und vor allem erfolgreicher Unternehmensgründungen zu ermöglichen. Mit diesem Ansatz wurde die MedTech Startup School gegründet. Ziel ist in einem Seed-Accelerator Innovationsideen aus dem klinischen Bedarf („needs-driven“) aufzugreifen und in 100 Tagen mithilfe des Lean Launchpad for Life Sciences & Healthcare zu einem validierten Geschäftsmodell zu entwickeln. Dieser Beitrag zeigt die Gestaltung des Accelerators und die Erfahrungen der ersten beiden Durchläufe.
