Zusammenfassung
Markenzufriedenheit und -loyalität sind wichtige Ziele für Unternehmen. Der aktuelle Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Konzeptualisierungen beider Konstrukte, in dem theoretische Grundlagen, Dimensionen und bisherige Messansätze diskutiert und verbunden werden. Dabei wird das Confirmation/Disconfirmation Paradigma als Basismodell der Markenzufriedenheit erläutert und darauf aufbauend die Verhaltens- und Einstellungsdimension von Markenloyalität vorgestellt. Zuletzt geht der Beitrag auf die Messung von Markenzufriedenheit und -loyalität im Rahmen von relevanten Markenbewertungsverfahren ein.
