Zusammenfassung
Die von Charcot 1868 beschriebene Kleinhirntrias von Nystagmus, skandierender Sprache und Tremor als Charakteristikum der Multiplen Sklcrose (MS) ist keineswegs der Hauptbefund. Statistiken an einer großen Zahl von Patienten ergaben Pyramidenbahnläsionen bei mehr als 90 %. Visus- und Augenmotilitätsstörungen in etwa 80 %, Sensibilitätsstörungen in 83 %. Hirnstamm-und Kleinhirnstörungen in 75 %. Blasenstörungen in 57 %, Gangataxien in ca. 50 %. Dysarthrie in etwa 20 % 14.
