Choledochusverletzungen bei Cholecystektomie — Anonyme Fehleranalyse der Ärztekammer Nordrhein

Summary

The quality assurance programme in the North-Rhine area of Germany documents about 11000 laparoscopic gall bladders per year and per ten million inhabitants. In 1994 51 lesions of the common bile duct were documented. A structured anonymous questionnaire was sent to all the hospitals that reported a common bile duct injury. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed according to a failure analysis strategy. The aim was to develop a strategy to avoid common bile duct injuries in the future.

Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung zur Cholelithiasis werden im Kammerbereich Nordrhein jährlich etwa 11000 laparoskopische Cholecystektomien vorgenommen. Im Jahre 1994 wurden 51 Gallengangsverletzungen berichtet. Im Rahmen einer anonymisierten Fehleranalyse wurden die Kliniken zu den Details der Choledochusverletzungen befragt. Die Antworten wurden im Sinne einer strukturierten Fehleranalyse untersucht, um Strategien zur Vermeidung von Choledochusverletzungen in der Zukunft zu entwickeln.
