Summary

Endosonography (EUS) results in greater accuracy in small gastric cancers (T1, T2) than MRI. The accuracy rate in correct lymph node staging is 82% (EUS) and 76% (MRI). Hydrosonography provides information but no significant staging.

Zusammenfassung

Bei kleinen Magenkarzinomen (T1, T2) ist die Endosonographie (EUS) der MRT eindeutig überlegen. Lymphknoten lassen sich mit einer Genauigkeit von 82% (EUS) und 76% (MRT) erkennen. Der Hydrosonographie kommt nur ein orientierender Aspekt zu.
