Abstract

The efficacy of cross-polarization magic-angle spinning (CP/MAS) methods for NMR spectroscopy of solids has been well established for the “common” nuclei (i. e. 13C, 27A1, 29Si, and 31P). However, the truly multinuclear aspects of high-resolution solid-state NMR are only recently being developed. In addition, there appears to be a widespread belief that it is impossible to obtain CP/MAS spectra of nuclei with γ values lower than that of 15N
