Abstract
The generally asymmetric NMR line-shape in amorphous materials is not yet fully explained. A new cluster model of amorphous structures will be presented to interpret this phenomenon. This structural model couses a localization of electron states on clusters. This localization is able to explain the broad Knight shift distribution.
