Abstract

113Cd NMR experiments in solution (at 4.7 and 11.7 Tesla) and in the solid state (at 4.7T) with Cd2+ -substituted bovine carbonic anhydrase B (Cd-BCAB) are described. Solid-state and solution spectra (in H2O, 5% D2O for lock, pH 8.2) and relaxation properties of 113Cd in Cd-BCAB are discussed.
