Abstract
The macroscopic diffusivities and the spin-lattice relaxation rates of protons and deuterons in tantalum have been investigated. At high temperatures an anomalous behaviour of the spin-lattice relaxation rates of protons and deuterons has been found that cannot be explained in terms of the correlation time of diffusion.
