Abstract
Using an electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrometer the decay of the ESR signal (absorption derivative) of high quality YBa2Cu3Ox. bulk samples has been investigated. Measurements were done at liquid nitrogen temperature in a magnetic field of 500 G. It was found that the magnetization for a sintered and pressed sample, both from the same patch, decay in a different manner. The pressed sample shows a exponential decay law while the sintered seems to follow a power or logarithmic decay law.
