Abstract
The motion of Li-ions in the intercalation compound LixTiS2 (0<x≤1) both in the two-dimensional hexagonal structure and in the three-dimensional cubic structure has been studied by means of nuclear magnetic relaxation spectroscopy. Relaxation times T, of x 7xLi were measured for five frequencies at temperatures in the range 120K<T<600K in polymorphs with identical Li-concentrations.
