Zusammenfassung

In der Literatur wird eine antikarzinogene Wirkung der selektiven Inhibition der Eicosanoidsynthese diskutiert. Allerdings ist bislang unklar, ob die Hemmung des Eicosanoid-stoffwechsels ebenfalls zu einer Verminderung der Lebermetastasierung beim duktalen Pankreaskarziom führt. Daher haben wir den Einfluss des selektiven COX-2-Inhibitor Celebrex und des selektiven 5-Lipoxygenase-Inhibitors Zyflo am Tiermodell des duktalen Pankreaskarzinoms des Syrischen Hamsters evaluiert.
