Zusammenfassung

Für die Freisetzung von Renin aus der Niere sind der Nierenperfusionsdruck („renaler Barorezeptor“), der Macula-densa-Mechanismus, sympathische Nierennerven mit ihrer Wirkung auf α-und β-adrenerge Rezeptoren und eine Gruppe von hormonellen Einflüssen verantwortlich (3, 9, 11).
