Summary
Between August 1985 and December 1987, autologous blood transfusion was used in combination with haemodilution following the “leap-frog procedure” in 13 cases of elective surgical intervention. Indications, counterindications and the technique were demonstrated. As a result of using our modified procedure blood viscosity decreased, transfusion-induced complications did not occure, and thromboembolic complications and costs were significantly reduced.
Zusammenfassung
Von August 1985 bis Dezember 1987 haben wir bei 103 Wahleingriffen in der Unfallchirurgie bei ausgewählten Patienten eine Eigenblutspende und Haemodilution nach dem Bocksprung (leap-frog-)-Verfahren durchgeführt. Indikationen und Kontraindikationen sowie das technische Vorgehen werden dargestellt. Durch das von uns modifizierte Verfahren verbessern wir die Rheologie, haben keine transfusionsbedingten Komplikationen, und sahen einen signifikanten Rückgang der thromboembolischen Komplikationen und hatten eine deutliche Kostenersparnis.
