Hüftgelenksverrenkungen: Nachuntersuchungsergebnisse

Summary

Forty patients were examined 1–12 years after the accident causing hip luxation. Although caused by a different trauma mechanism, 28 had simultaneous acetabulum fractures. All children showed isolated dorsal luxations. Good clinical results were observed with no malfunction. Patients with simultaneous acetabulum fractures had good results if good alignment of the fracture had occurred after reposition or if operative treatment had achieved such. Patients with severe acetabulum damage, which made an ideal reconstruction impossible, had bad results. To rule out intra-articular fragments a CT examination is advised after reposition.

Zusammenfassung

40 Pat. mit Hüftluxation wurden 1–12 Jahre nach dem Unfall untersucht, davon 28 mit Acetabulumfrakturen. — Alle Kinder erlitten hintere Luxationen. Die Ergebnisse waren sehr gut, es bestand kein Fehlwachstum. — Patienten mit Acetabulumfrakturen zeigten gute Ergebnisse, wenn nach Reposition eine ideale Frakturstellung vorlag oder operativ erreicht werden konnte. Schwere Acetabulumfrakturen, die eine korrekte Pfannenrekonstruktion nicht zuließen, zeigten schlechtere Resultate. — Zur Diagnostik von intraartikulären Fragmenten wird nach Reposition eine CT-Untersu-chung empfohlen.
