Zusammenfassung

Asymmetrische Epoxidierung von Allylalkoholen Die von Sharpless et al. 1) entwickelte Reaktion gestattet es, in Gegenwart von Titan(IV)-isopropylat und (+)- bzw. (-)Diethyltartrat (DET) Allylalkohole 1 mit einer hohen Enantioselektivität zu epoxidieren, wobei tert.-Butylhydroperoxid als Oxidationsmittel eingesetzt wird.
