Zusammenfassung

Kupplung von terminalen Alkinen Unter der Glaser-Reaktion 1,2) versteht man die Kupfersalz-katalysierte oxidative Kupplung von terminalen Alkinen 1 zu symmetrischen Bisacetylenen 2. Eng verwandt ist die Eglinton-Reaktion 3) die sich in erster Linie durch den Einsatz einer stöchiometrischen Kupfersalzmenge als Oxidationsmittel unterscheidet.
