Kurzfassung

Das vorgestellte ACSL-Programmsystem erlaubt die Modellierung und dynamische Simulation des Wachstums- und Produktbildungsverhaltens von Mikroorganismen. Es basiert auf einem neuen, modular aufgebauten Modellierungskonzept. In diesem Programmsystem stehen vordefinierte Macro-Unterprogramme zur Verfügung, die reaktionskinetische Ansätze zur Beschreibung von enzymatischen Reaktionen und von Prozessen der Genexpression enthalten. Kinetische Parameter sind, soweit sie aus der Literatur bekannt sind, in Datenfiles abgelegt.
