Abstract
Airway bleeding is less common than upper GI bleed. However, when it occurs, management should focus on maintaining gas exchange, resuscitation, and bleeding control. Following airway establishment, bronchoscopy will help in diagnosing, locating, and most frequently controlling the bleed. If unsuccessful, endovascular embolization or lung resection should be considered.
