Abstract
Adjutant Chevalier enjoyed the relaxed environment engendered by Carter Rhodes. The Colonel set an informal tone within the office, and the atmosphere made for efficient work and high morale. But this morning’s summons was not so relaxed. It had all the informality of a Courts Martial.
